Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental or tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the 48-hour window, but before the scheduled rental or tour date, will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Show: Failure to cancel a reservation or failure to show up for the scheduled rental or tour without prior notice will result in no refund.
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental or tour date. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
